17 Months

You have become a person!  You have developed a sense of humor, are able to communicate with and without words, and have complex thoughts. You are speaking in nearly full sentences, combining four or five words at a time (this morning you said, "Make another oval, Mommy" or "No fly. Go outside). You say things emphatically and with expression. You move with a purpose and have a mind of your own.  You are very strong-willed!  You love robots, tiny things, ovals, Kipper the Dog, the Wheels on the Bus song, your African doll, water, basketballs, jumping, climbing, and spinning. We have spent these summer days at the pool, at Kim's Gym, in our backyard... under the shade tarp of course, and at the public library.  Your dad and I can't wait for the adventures to come!
